BobbyG's flagship dog is the
100% Pure Beef Vienna
Chicago-style hot dog.

An all-beef frankfurter stuffed into a steam-warmed poppyseed bun and piled with the following toppings in this order:

1. Yellow mustard.
2. Fluorescent green sweet-pickle relish.
3. Chopped onions.
4. Tomato wedges (or sometimes slices).
5. One or two kosher-style dill-pickle spears.
6. Two or three hot, green sport peppers.
7. A dash of celery salt.
8. Absolutely NO ketchup.

The Italian Beef, for those not in the know, is a beefy concoction unique to Chicago. There are establishments in other cities that may claim to serve Italian Beef, but trust us... they do not. Imagine thinly sliced beef simmered in broth and seasonings, stuffed into a sliced roll, optionally topped with sweet and/or hot peppers, and possibly taken for a quick dip in its simmering juice.

This is not a sandwich.
It is a work of art.

Italian Sausage
A coarse pork sausage seasoned with garlic and fennel (or anise seed), usually available in medium size links. BobbyG's provides two types, a hot version flavored with red chilies, and a sweet one without the chilies.

Maxwell Street Polish
Kielbasa is a generic term for Polish sausages. It also refers to a garlic flavored smoked sausage, made from pork or beef and pork.

Italian Meatball Sandwich
A taste treat you will come back for again and again! No wonder. BobbyG's goes to exceptional lengths to make sure the meatballs we serve will consistently meet or exceed the expectations of our most demanding patrons. Made with the finest meats and a perfectly balanced blend of herbs and natural spices, they’re individually cooked to perfection with a flavor, aroma and appearance second to none. Unlike most commercial meatballs that roll off the plate when you try to spear them with a fork, BobbyG’s are delightfully tender and melt-in-your-mouth juicy.

Chicken Tenders
Big strips of BobbyG's secretly breaded chicken, deep fried to perfection.

GYROS - The traditional Gyros is named after the "Old World" method of cooking savory layers of select beef and lamb, perfectly seasoned with zesty spices, and formed into a kone that "turns around" and cooks on a flame broiler. Juicy hot slices are cut off the kone and placed on Pita bread to make an authentic Greek sandwich.
